Madonna has finally introduced her 29-year-old toyboy Joshua Popper to her 23-year-old son as she celebrated her 65th birthday party.
The singer used her special day to introduce her boyfriend to her son, Rocco, who is only six years younger than him.
Rocco Ritchie, the Queen of Pop’s eldest son with ex-husband Guy Ritchie, was on vacation with siblings Lourdes, 26, Mercy James, 17, David Banda. 17, and twins Estere and Stella, 10.
There are no further details about how the introduction went down but Popper has been dating Madonna for months after they met during David’s training in the boxing ring.
Taking to Instagram, the singer shared a reel from her trip and wrote: “It’s great to be Alive………… .. and Amazing to Be able to put on my dancing shoes and Celebrate my Birthday! Im So Grateful. Thank you Lisbon and to all who made it possible!”
Her clip revealed an adventure that seemed wild and extravagant, with high end meals, horse riding across the beach, and multiple parties.
This came only a day after Madonna announced the new schedule of her tour date after it was postponed because of a severe illness caused by a bacterial infection.
She said at that time: “Thank you for your positive energy, prayers and words of healing and encouragement. I have felt your love. I’m on the road to recovery and incredibly grateful for all the blessings in my life.
“My first thought when I woke up in the hospital was my children. My second thought was that I did not want to disappoint anyone who bought tickets for my tour.”
The singer then announced her plan to reschedule the North American leg of the tour and to start in Europe this October.
