A 29-year-old mother and her 22-year-old daughter are so lookalike that people were left stunned when they reveal that they are stepmother and stepdaughter.
Savana Chapin, 29, and her stepdaughter Tizzi, 22, both have blonde tresses and have similar facial features but they are not blood related at all, leaving many people baffled as they look like a ‘copy and paste’ of one another.
The duo enjoy each other’s company and have gone viral on social media for their similarities.
Savana was only 24 when she married Tizz’s dad Chris Chapin. She said that she ‘never imagined’ she would become a stepmother at a young age but added that she ‘wouldn’t change it for the world.’
“I found it stressful that there was only six years difference between me and my eldest stepdaughter because I know I probably wouldn’t have been the nicest to my dad’s new girlfriend if I was in her situation,” she said.
But she said that her close age to her husband’s eldest daughter has made their relationship stronger as she can ‘relate’ to the everything she’s going through.
“We’re like a ball and chain. We are always together. She was even in the delivery room with me when I had my first son,” she went on.
Savana also explained that being a young step mother lets her connect with her husband’s children on a different level.
“I can be more of a friend or mentor, rather than a parental figure. They can come to me with all of their problems,” she added.
When trolls attacked Savana’s relationship with her husband, claiming that he just wanted a ‘clone’ of his daughter, her supporters were quick to defend her.
