Leonardo DiCaprio and Camila Morrone have split less than three months after she turned 25 but it didn’t surprise his fans anymore.
Fans noted that the actor seems to exclusively date women under the age of 25 but recent reports have revealed that he has been romantically linked to model Gigi Hadid, 27, nine months after she and singer Zayn Malik broke up.
“Leo does have his sights set on Gigi, but she hasn’t shown an interest,” Us Weekly reported. “They’re friends, but she doesn’t want to be romantic with (him) right now.”
The source also said that even though the actor has ‘his sights’ on the model, she ‘doesn’t have her sights on him.’
The mother-of-one broke up with Malik in October after dating since 2015 and welcoming their child in 2020.
InTouch previously reported that “Leo and Gigi have hooked up a few times this summer. They have known each other for several years. They’re super attracted to each other. She is exactly his type: gorgeous, sexy but low-key with a one-of-the-guys attitude.”
But another source for the publication said that it is “casual and not a constant thing,” explaining that the two are simply hanging out as friends.
According to Us Weekly, Leo and Gigi seem to have run in similar social circles since 2019, partying together at an Art Basel Miami alongside Gigi’s sister Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner.
Meanwhile, Morrone is already moving on with her life after dating the actor for four years.
“Camila is doing fine,” a source told People. “She has a big group of friends that really care about her. She is moving on with her life. She is not in contact with Leo.”
