Only one day after Kim Kardashian celebrated her 44th birthday without her sister Kourtney Kardashian, the reality star has finally delivered an explanation.

The SKIMS founder took to Instagram on Sunday and shared her birthday photos. The images show her with mother Kris Jenner and sisters Kylie Jenner, Kendall Kenner, and Khloe Kardashian.

She also posted pictures with some of her famous pals such as Steph Shepherd, Sara Foster, Olivia Pierson, and Hailey Bieber.

“So blessed to have hit the jackpot of friends! I couldn’t have ever dreamed I would be so lucky to call these girls my friends,” she captioned her post.

“Thank you for all the birthday love,” she added.

Fans immediately noticed that Kourtney was nowhere to be seen but Kim immediately explained why her sister was not at the party.

“And Kourt I’m jumping in bed with you next week for our bed rest picnic,” she added.

Kourtney and her ex Scott Disick share three children together – Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8. Her husband Travis Barker also has two children with ex Shanna Moakler – Landon, 20, and Alabama, 17.

Kourtney and Travis had a difficult IVF journey after getting married. The reality star then announced that they were expecting while he was on stage during a concert in June.

The feud between Kim and Kourtney from Season 3 reignited again in the Season 4 premiere of The Kardashians.

Durin the third season, Kim accepted an offer to work as the creative director for a Dolce & Gabbana show in Milan, which left Kourtney upset because the company designed her wedding.
