Gordon Ramsay and his wife Tana Ramsay have welcomed their sixth child and shared the incredible news on Instagram.
The celebrity chef posted photos of them holding their little boy and wrote: “What an amazing birthday present please welcome Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz whopper!! One more bundle of love to the Ramsay brigade!! 3 boys, 3 girls…. Done.”
Their post was immediately flooded with more than 8,000 comments and over 580,000 likes from excited fans.
Marvel actor Hugh Jackman also commented on the post, saying: “Congrats made.”
Paris Fury, Jeremy Renner, and Joe Wicks also congratulated the couple.
One fan wrote: “This is the most wonderful news. Congratulations to you both and all the family, plus a fantastic birthday present!”
Another said: “Holy this guy is still cooking in and out of the kitchen what a legend.”
The Ramsays have been married since December 21, 1996. In 1998, they welcomed their first child, Megan.
Gordon and Tana then welcomed twins Holly and Jack in 2000, and Matilda was born in 2001.
Sadly, they lost their fourth child, a baby boy, in 2016 due to a miscarriage. In 2019. They welcomed their son, Oscar.
Speaking to PEOPLE, the star opened up about the loss of their child and said that they would never have welcomed Oscar if it wasn’t for Rocky.
“There’s no book that guides you through that loss, and so losing Rocky was really tough. Watching the trauma unfold, it’s this life-changing moment,” Gordon expressed.
“We wouldn’t have had Oscar had we not lost Rocky. There was no substitute – far from it – but it brought us a bond that you’d never experience in a normal situation.”
