Ferrari Owner CRASHES Brand-New $350,000 Supercar Just MOMENTS After Buying It


A proud Ferrari owner was left red-faced after crashing their brand-new supercar just moments after buying it.

The bizarre accident took place in Derbyshire, England, where the police arrived at a scene of a crash only to find a wrecked Ferrari 488 which comes at a price of around $300,000.

According to the authorities, the owner of the car bought the supercar in Derby just hours before the crash. To make matters even more embarrassing, the brand-new car was driven for less than two miles before being involved in a collision.

Along with their post, the police also shared photos showing the car’s damaged front, shattered lights, and deformed hood.

“Driver bought a Ferrari this morning and crashed it after driving it less than 2 miles. No injuries,” Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit revealed.

“East Midlands Ambulance service alerted us to reports of a collision on St Alkmund’s Way in Derby just before 11 am today,” a spokesperson for Derbyshire Police confirmed.

“One vehicle was involved in the collision. No injuries were reported.

“The car was moved off the road and the driver arranged for their own recovery. The driver was not arrested or charged with any offense.”

It remains unclear what led to the crash and whether the driver’s speed played a role in the incident.

While the police confirmed no one was injured during the incident, it is clear that repairing the brand-new supercar will cost its owner a fortune.
