A couple has sparked outrage after they bragged about their child-free lifestyle on social media.

Lilly Anne and her husband Evan took to TikTok where they proudly announced that they were DINKS – the ‘dual-income no kids.’

“We’re DINKs,” Lilly expressed in the viral clip. “We’re gonna get asked daily when we plan on having kids.”

Evan was quick to mention: “We’re DINKs! Of course, we’re gonna go out to eat every night after work.”

The couple also shared: “We don’t have to ask our family for financial help or watch our kid when we wanna go out,” adding that they can buy all the snacks they want.

They also bragged about how they can spend their money on anything they want and how Evan can go to every soccer game.

But many viewers accused the couple of ‘bragging,’ with one person saying: “Crazy, I’ve got kids and do these things too.”

Another joked: “Wait, kids don’t allow you to do these things? My wife and I must be doing something right.”

A third said: “Been there done that… it’s better with kids.”

Another TikToker was baffled as to why the couple mentioned ordinary things. “It’s good for them. But you can do all those [things] and still have kids. They are acting like once you have kids you never do anything.”

After the video was shared on December 4, it has gained more than 4 million views.

Jackie Dives, a social media influencer, also has a TikTok account dedicated to her ‘child-free’ lifestyle.

In one of her videos, she said: “My partner decided that he wanted to have children. We’d been together for five years, and he actually left our relationship. So I had to decide [and] be very, very sure that I was willing to let my partner go in exchange for living a child-free life. I really loved my partner a lot.”
