A bride-to-be has revealed how she almost threw up after seeing a photo of her while trying on wedding dresses in front of two large mirrors.
Sharing the spooky picture on her Instagram, she wrote: “I went wedding dress shopping, and the fabric of reality crumbled. This is a real photo, not photoshopped, not a panorama, not a Live Photo.”
In one mirror, she can be seen with her arms crossed in front of her stomach while in the other, her arms were down.
“If you can’t see the problem, please keep looking and then you won’t be able to unsee it,” she added.
The woman also claimed that the ‘glitch in the Matrix’ almost made her vomit in the middle of the street.
Instagram users were also baffled by the photo and started flooding the comments section, with one shocked person saying: “Only you can find the most epic way to announce your engagement – mystery and excitement – congratulations!”
Another said: “How is this possible?!?! Magic mirrors.”
A third commented: “Obsessed that this is the deranged way you accidentally announced the engagement.”
A fourth added: “This whole sequence of events is both absolutely terrifying and hilarious.”
The woman then visited an Apple Store to ask anyone for help so she could figure out what was going on.
After hours of waiting, an Apple employee named Roger said that he had never seen anything like it but he also offered some explanations.
He explained that phones take a burst of images from left to right to capture an image even when the live photo setting is turned off. He also believes that the woman must’ve raised her arms the moment the camera went behind her.
“It’s made like an AI decision and it stitched those two photos together,” the woman added.
