High Schooler Suspended For Stating There Are ‘Only Two Genders’ SUES Principal & School District In New Hampshire


A high school student-athlete from New Hampshire who was reportedly suspended for voicing his opinions on gender is now suing the district and his principal.

Both the student and the mother have gone on to speak about how the school district suspended the student from a football game for expressing his opinions in public about how there are only genders in this world.

Moreover, the freshman student who gets identified as M.P. in the court documents added how he was only trying to discuss the difficulties associated with addressing non-binary students in the Spanish language. But little did he know that his opinion would cost him a total suspension from his game.

As the freshman began to speak on the topic, another student became outraged with his views and started interjecting by arguing.

This entire short discussion took place on a bus where the students continued to debate with one another throughout the bus ride regarding the topics of gender sexuality via text messages too. All of those messages were soon reported to the school’s administration who opted to intervene and suspend the student for his beliefs.

In addition to that, the high school spoke about how the student would be suspended for failing to respect pronouns, infuriating him and his mother over the actions which they term to be shocking.

The lawsuit which was filed by the student in Rockingham’s Superior Court claimed that the student’s one-game suspension was in absolute violation of his constitutional rights towards freedom of speech as well as the New Hampshire Bill of Rights too as he expressed his religious perspective in line with his Catholic beliefs.point 296 | 1

As of now, the student is trying to seek a number of nominal damages in relation to what the lawsuit defines as SAU16 where he hopes to come out strong.
