Think along the lines of childbirth that lasted only 27 seconds! Yes, a newborn baby was delivered by a mother in under a minute and it’s making heads turn all over the world.

Sophie Bugg is now a record holder after giving birth to her beautiful bundle of joy with just one simple push.

While the 29-year-old was just 38 weeks pregnant, she certainly felt unwell one day. Moreover, the last thing on Sophie’s mind was labor because she felt that it was too soon and hence didn’t even feel the contractions too.

Hence, she opted to go to the bathroom and that’s when the exciting process began. Sophie says that with one big push, her little one arrived with a bang and she just couldn’t believe what was going on.

Thankfully, Sophie’s husband Chris was close by and hence was quick to react to the circumstances that unfolded right in front of her eyes. I hopped outside of the bathroom and saw my baby’s head in between my legs. Hence, I gave one giant push and out it came, she explains.

Today, Sophie and Chris are relishing their little baby whom the couple named Millie. While the labor process was super quick and stress-free, this mother says that her young tot is doing well.

“We just couldn’t be more grateful for what we were blessed with. It’s nothing less than a miracle, and I’ll always cherish this moment for the rest of my life,” she explained.

The mother gave a very detailed account about her delivery recently where she said that sitting on the toilet was not the sort of labor she had ever imagined or heard of in her life. But it was meant to be and out came a beautiful baby girl in just 27 seconds. How’s that for a world record?
