This lady from Ontario, Canada, looks nothing like what you would expect a 73-year-old woman to look like.
Joan constantly struggled with excessive weight and was put on medication from her acid refluxes, high blood pressure, and cholesterol.
After years of hard work, this bodybuilder has become a social media influencer with over 500,000 followers on her official Instagram page – “trainwithjoan.”
Three dedicated years and this septuagenarian who earlier weighed 198 pounds have presently shed 50 pounds and become musclebound, owing to her enthusiasm for busting irons in the gym.
Her story was published in the New York Post, which revealed that Joan contributes her metamorphoses to lifting weight balanced diet and having the right supplements, including protein shakes and amino acids.
