Announcing that there were only two deaths in the state on Monday, the governor said that it was the lowest mortality rate reported since the pandemic broke out.

The initial wave of travel advisories was announced on June 24th in order to restrict the spread of the virus. It was shortly after the state rebounded and recovered after being hit the most severely by the pandemic.

The addition and removal of states on the list is a good indicator of how a given state is doing in regards to Covid-19. For instance, Delaware was newly added to the list after it was removed after a week. On the other hand, Minnesota was removed from the list for the first time.
