38-year-old, American Rapper, Nicki Minaj was kicked out of Twitter for making anti-vaccine statements and also faced severe criticism from the government officials for doing so.
Nicki Minaj was invited to the Met Gala 2021, but she didn’t visit NYC for it because apparently, the famous American rapper is neither vaccinated against COVID 19 yet nor willing to get it in the future.
In an Instagram video, Nicki disclosed why she was banned from Twitter. According to the celebrity, her recent controversial tweets about ‘not taking a COVID vaccine’ caused her ban from Twitter. Nicki is blocked from sharing anything on this famous social media site, and she’s not happy about this.
Sources revealed that the famous rapper of this decade was backlashing for tweet highlighting the shortcomings of COVID vaccines by giving an example of her cousin’s friend who, according to Nicki, faced the side effects of the COVID vaccine and is now impotent.
Many government officials didn’t appreciate Nicki for her anti-vaccine tweets and criticized her for making such an evidence-free statement about the vaccine. Later another member of parliament, Dr. Hilary Jones, urged the rapper to apologize for her anti-vaccine remarks.
Recently, Nicki Minaj told on a social media site that she is invited to Washington DC and will be questioned about her recent controversial tweets, but she’s ready to face the members of parliament for this and will be wearing pink attire.
The US prime minister also advised the public to listen to people who are urging them to get their vaccination done as soon as possible and don’t pay head to anti-vaccine tweets at all.
