Dozens of protesters were seen getting handcuffed while clashing with the NYPD officers during a protest held in support of former Columbia University student Mahmoud Khalil during the afternoon hours of Tuesday.
Sources from local media reports showed cops swarming into the area to make immediate arrests after throngs of protesters blocked a downtown Manhattan street despite several warnings from the cops to clear the roads.

It was all caught on video where the police blocked protesters from entry into New York City’s Hall Park. They even started to take out sounds of pigs, threatening them with, ‘Oink, Oink, we’re going to make all of your lives shitty!’- they continued.
Cops were seen blaring out a message on a loop warning protesters that if they remained on the road, they were going to get arrested and slammed with disorderly conduct charges.
The NYPD mentioned during the later hours of Tuesday that on person was rammed in the face with disorderly conduct and obstructed governmental administration charges and another 11 were provided with summonses.
