Hiring a maid to look after your child means making sure they’re also taken care of as well but this next story presents a shocking side to this endeavor.

 

The nanny has left the world stunned after mentioning to her employer that the only way she can continue working for the family is if they pay for her first-class tickets when they all travel as a unit for family vacations. 

The news left the employer in shock and she’s now expressing her concern on the matter online. Moreover, she added how this is just wrong for so many reasons and even mentioned how the tone was just uncalled for. 

The mother of one says she always makes sure the household help is well taken care of and looked after but this side to her was not something that she or her husband saw coming. 

The woman explained through her Reddit platform that the maid demanding first-class tickets in today’s struggling economy is unreal and just wrong.

“I mean, we pay for the economy and it’s just as good. But she says that she deserves to be treated as one of their own because, after all, she’s handling their kid”- the mother added. 

While the maid is undoubtedly resourceful and really does ensure the child is well taken care of, the family is just not ready to take the step of adding her to their list of first-class luxuries. 

“She gets the best food, clothes, perks of entertainment, and what not”- the mother adds. The only thing she feels is missing is the first class luxury and I just don’t think we are ready to give her that”- she added.
