Amber Heard’s attorney is speaking out boldly and telling the world how her side has plenty of evidence to win the case but it was all struck off by Johnny Depp’s legal team.

The news comes as the actress says she’s appealing against the jury’s decision, adding how they had been tainted by the opinions of social media users and therefore ruled against her favor.

Amber Heard has been ordered to pay Depp $8 million while Depp will pay out $2 million in damages.

Today, Amber Heard’s attorney boldly declared how her client absolutely does not have the financial means to pay this amount while legal experts claim Amber Heard would be left severely bankrupt while trying to make this payment.

Meanwhile, the attorney of Amber Heard said that there was plenty of missing evidence that had not been presented and therefore since her client has some excellent grounds to make an appeal, she will certainly go forward with the decision to do so.

Common sources of evidence that are being called out by Heard’s legal team include notes from her therapist that date back to the year 2012 and it included a series of text messages that even went on to suggest how the actress was kicked by her former husband.

In the year 202o, a court in the United Kingdom went as far as accusing Johnny Depp of carrying out 12 incidents related to both domestic violence as well as sexual violence.

In the US, we saw the case take a completely opposite turn. This included the jury’s findings that called out Amber Heard for defamation with malicious intent. She is now liable to pay out $8 million in damages to the actor, which many claim she doesn’t have and could end up being bankrupt.

 No matter what the case may be, there’s plenty of drama stored in the next few days as Heard’s lawyer spoke out recently and said her client is well capable of appealing and should rightly do so, considering the plethora of evidence they have at hand. But whether or not that will prove to be the right decision, only time can tell.
