The star shared a very toned-up image of her in a new update about her fitness journey. This is where the Truth Hurts singer shared how very lean body after hitting the weight loss goal.
The 36-year-old chose to caption the post with, ‘let this be a reminder for you that you can do anything if you put your mind to it!’- she shared while hoping her fans would similarly get inspired by her ideal weight target.
Lizzo has been accused by trolls of using the popular weight loss drug Ozempic but she’s since then denied all those claims.
The star says she did it all on her own and she’s never felt better in her life. Alongside wearing an image of her workout gear, she put on a bikini so fans could see her dramatic transformation results.
The star’s two-piece workout set was clear evidence that she was shedding those pounds the hard way and was so happy with her overall progress.
‘I’ve never felt so great about my weight. I’m finally where I want to be and these figures were last seen in 2014. How great is it to be here today’- she continued.
In the video, she does add a disclaimer for all of her haters. She wants them to know that losing weight is not for everyone and that you don’t get skinny results in a short time. But her transformation certainly does deserve praise as her goal is to be healthy.
