16 and Pregnant star Whitney Purvis is in a state of mourning after her son Weston passed away at the age of 16.

No cause of death was revealed through Purvis, confirmed through a post on Monday, confirmed sent through Facebook. She shared how her beautiful son Weston was no longer in this world.

‘This is so hard to write. My beautiful son, Weston, has passed away. He was only 16 years old. Life is super cruel and unfair to so many of us’- the star continued. So far, no cause of death has been shared with the public by the star.

The news comes just three years after she found love in a show that was very similar to Love Island, sources confirmed.

Fans rushed to the star’s side and mentioned how they were so heartbroken to learn this news and called it beyond unexpected for obvious reasons.

‘Losing a child is the most painful thing to ever go through, and I have experienced this, but I hope no one ever has to go through any of this,’ she went on to reveal.

‘He was the most amazing son I could have ever asked for. He was smart and brilliant and had so much potential in life- the tragic message went on to read.
