Erika Kirk is sharing in a tell-all exclusive interview what JD Vance happened to whisper inside her ear during an intimate hug that they shared onstage last month.

The incident sparked major outcry across the board as many thought running her hands through Vance’s hair was unnecessary behavior.

The Vice President spoke during a Turning Point event honoring Charlie Kirk at the University of Mississippi on October 29. Kirk was assassinated on September 10 while talking to college students in Utah before he was shot in his throat.

Kirk’s widow, Erika, introduced Vance at the event, where she noted that the Vice President had a little bit of ‘Charlie’ in him, highlighting how similar they both were in terms of compassion and leadership.

During the same program, Vance also stirred controversy by stressing how he was a devout Catholic while his wife was a Hindu. He expressed hope that one day, she would convert, and these were some remarks that many left were inappropriate, sparking backlash.

The hug was certainly intimate, but Erika says she’s an intense hugger. She also made a bizarre comment about how her love language is touch. She added that Vance told her that ‘he’s so proud of me’ and that’s when she said to him, ‘God Bless you!’
