A hospital in Ukraine was recently struck by a Russian kamikaze drone strike, just a few hours after Zelensky was booted out of the White House.
The news came hours after the explosive Oval Office visit that saw a showdown between both nations and no trillion dollar deal being signed by either party.
The Russian strike on the medical facility gave rise to a fire during the later hours of Friday in Kharkiv, which is Ukraine’s second biggest city, also struck a few other targets as per the city’s mayor.
One child was reportedly injured in the attack on the hospital, but many feared that this could be the start of a new fresh wave of attacks by Russia.
The drones reportedly hit the area near a filling station and another building close to a high-rise apartment building.
Regional governor Oleh Syniehubov mentioned that every strike was in the central districts of the city while emergency crews were working at various other locations.
The meeting ended with Zelensky from Ukraine walking out of the West Wing prematurely as the press conference for the later day was similarly cancelled.
