The Kremlin has just issued a series of demands after a watershed meeting between officials from Russia and America.
This is where the fate of Ukraine was discussed for several hours but the fact that Zelensky was not invited has left many questions in people’s minds.
Delegations from Moscow and Washington were seen meeting in Saudi Arabia for talks aimed at improving relations and negotiating the end of the war.
But Ukraine’s president has made it very clear that his nation wouldn’t accept. He said that such agreements made behind closed doors have no value and he said that it was almost like bad manners to speak to the aggressor during wartime.
Officials from both sides engaged in nearly four-and-a-half-hour-long discussions which the Kremlin mentioned went so well and are now complete.
