During crucial jury deliberations for Sean Diddy Combs’s criminal trial, a juror was seen creating a scene by refusing to follow the judge’s instructions.
This prompted serious concerns and added a note to the judge.
Judge Subramanian instructed the jury that a guilty verdict should only be reached if they determined that Combs and his alleged co-conspirators agreed to commit at least two specific crimes within a period of ten years, while also emphasizing the significance of not sharing any notes.
Legal experts went on to mention and call out the issue with the juror as serious, and another suggested how it might end up providing grounds for another appeal if Combs is found guilty. A third felt that a guilty verdict is likely to arise due to the prosecution’s case.
As per reports from TMZ, the juror shared how the 51-year-old Hispanic male, who holds a PhD in molecular biology and neuroscience, was refusing to follow the instructions from the judge in determining Diddy’s guilt or innocence.
The news comes as the court has come to a verdict on four of the five charges regarding the trial, but the final decision will only be revealed after the fifth charge is decided.
