Donald Trump has left a voicemail message for the family of the late rock star Ozzy Osbourne after his death in July.
On a recent episode of the family’s famed podcast, mother Sharon Osbourne was reduced to tears while she played the recording from Donald Trump, who expressed his deepest condolences on Ozzy’s death, reminding her how much he was loved by all and referring to him as an amazing guy, unique in every way.
The president also said he was super talented and similarly acknowledged the family’s pain during this difficult time as they mourn his death.
He also said that he was super close to him and offered the family any kind of assistance that he could provide. Sharon was joined by her kids, Jack and Kelly, who also became super emotional as the voicemail aired.
She reflected on her personal history with Trump, having worked alongside him on the TV show The Celebrity Apprentice. She spoke about the great respect she felt and his wife, Melania Trump, who showed them so much love at this moment.
Despite the political polarization that surrounds Trump, Sharon said she wants to focus on his gesture of kindness rather than the world of politics.
