The creators of South Park are bringing back their show with a vengeance on Wednesday, and it’s leaving many Americans in shock.
A new episode was aired that took aim at the parent firm of the network that airs the popular animated series and President Trump.
The delayed premiere for season 27 featured a very satirical themed show that revolved around the ending of wokeness and Trump’s character suing residents of South Park for $5 billion after they protested Jesus appearing in schools.
‘I did not wish to come back and be in school, but I had to because it was part of a lawsuit and the agreement with Paramount’- the character Jesus mentioned, referencing Comedy Central’s parent firm and litigation relating to the pending sale.
‘You guys saw what just happened to CBS? Well, guess who owns CBS? Paramount. You really wish to end up like that? You guys got to stop being so stupid’- the character mentioned and referencing Trump.
But the part that has the White House fuming is how they portrayed the US President, which many dubbed as uncalled for and beyond humiliating. Another added that it was about time that someone took action against such behavior. Seeing Trump in bed with Satan and discussions revolving around his small manhood was a shocker. Let’s not forget how the president is portrayed as a bully who threatens to tariff or sue anyone who disagrees with him.
