Whoopi Goldberg is getting much love from Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift fans and we can relate as to why.
The celeb has plenty of people talking after she chose to defend the NFL star on The View this morning. According to her, it’s just unfair and illogical to simply slam the celebrity for some things he may have mentioned in the past when he was much younger.
The celebrity host says that people need to stop dragging him through dirt and just let him be. She also added how the star is enjoying some wonderful moments in his life and that includes his love story that’s put on display for public scrutiny at all times.
The news comes after the sportsman got plenty of negative feedback from online critics and netizens when he called out a woman for being plus-size. Meanwhile, another post had him talking where he again mentioned some controversial topics that people did not appreciate.
The star was made the center of online hate recently after trolls dug out the posts from his old past. But not everyone is as forgiving as Whoopi and feel she might be a little biased here.
In another post, he was quick to call out cheerleaders as desperate and ugly human beings. But the tweets arose from nearly a decade ago.
“Women who weigh more than men should not be dating in the first place. And if you do have a female partner like that, then you my friend shouldn’t enter the relationship game to begin with”- the post went on to mention.
The regime to label the star as a hater and controversial individual might not be in Travis’ best interest. Remember, he’s been adored by the masses ever since he started dating his lady love, Taylor Swift.
