BREAKING: Jimmy Fallon Accused Of Creating ‘Toxic Work Environment’ On The Today Show That Made It Hard For His Team To Function


Jimmy Fallon has been accused of creating a very toxic working environment on The Today Show.

The news comes as 16 current and former staffers united to make some striking allegations against the star who claims his behavior was just wrong and beyond acceptable for obvious reasons.

Other statements spoke about how plenty of people were forced to resort to crying rooms to sob their emotions away. And on other occasions, it made some people’s hair fall out and that led to them having some seriously damaging su*cidal thoughts too.

There are plenty of concerns regarding this incident and up to 14 employees even added how the conduct shown in the erratic workplace was just too hot to handle. Some of the interactions he had with the bosses were a lot too and that left plenty feeling belittled as well as intimated, as reported in Rolling Stone Today.

They added how the behavior was appalling, shocking, and inconsistent, and some outbursts toward the staff were uncalled for. And in the end, it just gave rise to the toxicity of a whole new level.

“It was all just too glum to take in. It’s sad how all of this unfolds. And for many, it was too much to take in and they couldn’t handle it”- an insider source explained.

Other reports added how people’s smiles were lost and no one would continue standing and talking to others, just like they did in the past. It was more related to focusing on anything that you have to do because if Jimmy’s mood gets sour, and he sees stuff like this, he would end up flying off against them.

It was also mentioned how the inconsistent behavior made it hard for anyone to love the work that they were doing. And Jimmy as a leader was deemed too toxic to work around. Moreover, people even failed to give feedback on the show, that’s how bad it had gotten.
