The teary-eyed Friends actress explained how life is really short these days and it’s useless to imagine it in any other manner. “If you think you’ve got a lifetime ahead of you, think again. You’ll blink and it’s over!”- she added.

The celeb promised how she would not be taking anything for granted this holiday season and hoped others could pay heed and do the same. After all, there’s nothing worse than living in regret, the star added.

The actress was seen opening up about the topic of death at the start of the month while sitting down with Variety magazine. She mentioned how she is learning to deal with a lot at the moment and while she did not go too much in detail, it’s obvious how her best friend’s death has brought out a new side to her where she is appreciating everyone and every little thing.
