TikTok comedian Steve Bridges has reportedly passed away at the age of 41.
The tragic news was confirmed by his wife, Chelsey Bridges, who shared the death in an emotional statement through a video on Instagram.
She revealed how the star had died peacefully in his sleep. Bridges was famous for portraying exaggerated and humorous characters like the solar panel salesman and deadbeat boyfriend while having a fan base of more than two million people.
Chelsey shared how Steve was also the the most attentive father and the best husband, adding how the characters that he performed online with were very different from the kind, loving, and gentle person that he was in real life.
The pair were married for 16 years and shared three kids together which included a daughter and twin sons. Chelsey also urged followers of Steve to be kind and mindful as the family are grieving at this time. She also shared how she might also grieve online as part of the reality that has hit her right now.
A GoFundMe campaign has begun to support the family with expenses, already gathering tens of thousands of dollars in donations, local media outlets shared.
