Former Giants Star SLAMS Taylor Swift Coverage At NFL Games

A former Giants star has slammed Taylor Swift coverage at NFL games and suggested football lovers are getting annoyed by constant interruptions showing the singer’s reactions.

As the good girlfriend she is, Taylor has been actively supporting her boyfriend Travis Kelce at his games throughout the Super Bowl as the Kansas City Chiefs fight for the title.

And while most viewers initially found Swift’s reactions to major game events sweet, plenty of football lovers have since asked for the league to drop their “obsession” with the singer and keep the cameras focused on the field.

Among them is former NFL running back Tiki Barber who said it was “getting annoying” to constantly see Taylor’s reactions rather than the reactions of the players on the field.

“He scores a touchdown, and they pan immediately to Taylor Swift,” he told WFAN.

“Again? It’s not even Travis Kelce. Maybe it’s the Taylor Swift influence that has made me — I don’t want to say turn sour — but just be slightly annoyed with the Kansas City Chiefs. It’s also because they’re always here.”

Slamming those responsible for Taylor Swift’s coverage at the Super Bowl, Barber added: “After you’ve been somewhere for so long and have had the success they’ve had, it becomes inevitable.

And though there’s now no Chiefs game without at least a few shots of the singer, the Bad Blood hitmaker seemed to be overshadowed by her boyfriend’s brother, Jason Kelce, during the Sunday game in Buffalo.

During his brother’s match, Jason jumped out of his VIP lounge shirtless to down a beer. He was also spotted drinking beer with fellow fans on several occasions.
