Wendy Williams was seen being taken away in an ambulance in New York, where she was living in an assisted facility.
The cops were seen rushing the location after a wellness check call was made when the former talk show queen tossed a handwritten note out of the window begging for assistance.
The note said, ‘Help! Wendy!’- and therefore an immediate call was made. The news comes after the 60-year-old was diagnosed with dementia. The note was tossed from the window of her fifth-story room.
Police shared how the former television star is living in the facility’s memory ward as she tries to fight her court-ordered guardianship.
Alarming images showed her waving her arms as one Post reporter, while she was seen speaking on the phone.
Soon after that, Williams is witnessed being walked out of the facility and escorted with a handful of cops. She was then assisted into a waiting ambulance.
The news comes as the star was only recently announced to return back to television, despite her ongoing health struggles. But after today’s incident, that does not seem like it would be taking place.
