It is believed that the Duchess is wearing his Pump It Up Heels, which she wore for a royal engagement before she and her husband Harry stepped down from their royal duties.

Meghan paid tribute to the Queen by wearing a pair of pearl and diamond earrings the Queen gave her before their first joint engagement in 2018.
