Trans swimmer Lia Thomas will be stripped of all of their swimming titles at the University of Pennsylvania after the top Ivy League School bowed to pressure from the Trump administration.
The university will also issue formal apologies to every biological female competitor who lost out to a trans competitor following an investigation by the OCR.
The probe found that Upen violated Title IX by giving rise to males to compete in female athletic categories and occupy female-only intimate facilities.
The act comes into play after the Trump administration stepped in and heard the thousands of complaints issued against such individuals.
UPen not only agreed to the terms and conditions laid down by the Trump administration but also apologized for any events in the past where a female was not able to compete freely due to such clauses in place.
Many are calling this a major win for the world of female sports, and they hope other universities can follow suit and give females the chance to compete fairly in such championships.
