Singer Taylor Swift is celebrating the release of her highly anticipated 12th studio album, The Life of a Showgirl.

After rolling out her latest body of work at midnight, the pop superstar posted an array of sexy clips from her new album’s era in celebration. Sources shared how the album is doing well and even managed to break a record on Spotify, even before it was released.

‘I cannot tell you how proud I am to share all of this with you. It’s an album that feels just right! This is a forever thank you to all of my mentors and friends, Max and Shellback, for assisting me in painting this giant self-portrait!’- she explained while name-checking the album’s producers.

The star added that those who thought the big show was wild, perhaps they need to come and take a look behind the curtain. ‘Largely a love letter to her future husband, Travis Kelce, Showgirl also settles scores and takes him at societal expectations on modern-day celebs,’- a critic mentioned.

The singer first shared more about the album during her appearance on the Kelce New Heights podcast. She revealed how the album cover and track list were inspired by all things that went on behind the scenes in her inner life. This was while she was performing on the record-breaking and immensely popular Eras Tour.
