Taylor Swift is no longer the head of the NFL header picture on social media and we feel the excessive media coverage of the singer with her Kansas City Chiefs beau might have something to do with it.
While music fans are not loving the gesture and calling it out as unfair and all in the name of bad blood, others are having their say about how they feel it is much needed. After getting the dropped, the header now features NFL sensation from the Vikings QB, Joshua Dobbs.
After a staggering 42-day period of remaining on the front, Taylor’s reign seems to have come to an end and many NFL fans said it was about time. The header in question is for the X platform, previously known as Twitter.
Seeing Joshua Dobbs take the lead on Sunday night was a great decision, experts revealed, adding how he recently displayed an incredible performance in the Minnesota 27-19 win against the Saints.
Before that, many fans were in awe of the collage put forward that featured Taylor Swift and her many reactions on display when she was attending the game of the Chiefs versus the Jets at the start of last month.
It did not take long for the image to go viral and soon became a memorable post of the star, shortly after the broadcast of the game took place. Similarly, the league was seen altering their bio to mention a lyric taken directly from the singer’s iconic track, ‘Best Day’. Hence, it stated, ‘We had the best day with you today’.
The current image, as we speak, happens to be an image featuring Dobbs on the bench and then opting to have a drink out of his Gatorade cup while being a major reason for his team’s win due to his incredible on-field performance.
Now, the bio has gone from Taylor Swift’s lyrics to ‘In Dobbs we trust!’
