What would you do if you thought your stomach-related matter was actually a pregnancy in the end?
Well, as bizarre as that may sound, this is the story of a woman who says she was beyond shocked to learn that her gastric issue was a pregnancy. And when she was prescribed laxatives, she ended up going into labor.
The woman explained to doctors how astonished she became to learn that she needed to poo but instead, it was a child that came out.
The new mom was identified as 26-year-old Juliana Brasileiro who claims to have been going through the most daunting stomach pains. And this whole that she assumed there was trapped wind in her, it was actually a child.
She adds how the pain really got to a point that she could no longer bear it and that’s because she was in labor and had zero ideas about the ordeal.
Doctors did admit her to the hospital and they kept on telling her that it was the worst form of constipation. On that note, she did receive a laxative and was soon sent home again. The incident is believed to have taken place in the city of Rio de Janeiro.
Despite all the meds and consultations that she had gone through, one thing was for sure. The pain was not going and it was not until a while she realized that nothing was really going to help. She had limited time on her hands and all she could think about was going to the restroom.
But after a lot of crying and pushing and screaming, out came this precious baby girl and this new mom had zero clue.
The woman was reportedly in her 40th week of pregnancy. And this was a big shock for her but she accepted the child with open arms and couldn’t believe the blessing that lay in front of her. The couple calls her the miracle child and named her Marina Tostes.
