Twin Toddlers in Stroller Killed by Alleged Drunk Driver — Years After Brother Died in Tragic Canoeing Accident


Tragic reports are speaking about the death of a pair of twins who happened to be inside a stroller in Maine before being attacked by an alleged drunk driver.

The alleged hit-and-run crash also injured the boys’ mother. Maine State Police shared how on July 11, a man driving a white colored Hyundai struck the 33-year-old Mollie Egold and her twin sons in Albion, Maine.

WGME shared that Egold was pushing the boys in a stroller at the time and was hit from behind. One of the boys was identified through a GoFundMe as Bradley.

He was pronounced dead at the scene, as shared by the police. Egold and the other individual, Noah, were rushed to a nearby hospital. The organizers of this GoFundMe shared how Noah passed away days later at the hospital.

The cops alleged that the driver of this car fled the scene but was later identified as Benjamin Lancaster and was soon arrested.

Lancaster is charged with operating under the influence causing death, operating under the influence causing serious bodily injury, and leaving the scene of the crime causing death and leaving the scene of the accident causing serious bodily injury.
