A crazed gunman was seen storming into a wedding in the New Hampshire Country Club and opening fire on a huge crowd of guests in attendance.
Sources have confirmed that one person was killed and several others were left injured on Saturday night, as per the police.
The shooter was said to have burst into the dining room at the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua at about 7:30 pm and sprayed bullets at the frantic crowd until a heroic guest came forward and smashed a chair above his head, causing him to lose focus for a few minutes.
After that, the man fell to his knees, dropped his gun, and fled through the kitchen, yelling some things. He is yet to be identified, and his motive was not shared with the public.
Guests shared how they were in shock as the ceremony was taking place for a couple’s nuptials when all of a sudden, the sound of gunshots filled the air.
Everyone began to scream and shout in utter panic and disbelief, while so many others rushed to take cover.
Some called it a haunting and surreal moment as they ran in any direction to save themselves and their loved ones. Officials have yet to specify who was shot and killed, and the names of those wounded in this tragedy.
Those shot were hospitalized with serious gunshot wounds, while others also sustained non-gunshot injuries.
