Anna Wintour has stepped down from her leading position at fashion powerhouse label Vogue.

The news was a major shocker for the world of fashion, as many did not see this coming so soon.

Wintour officially said goodbye to her iconic role as Vogue’s editor in chief. Several outlets shared how her retirement plans were on the card for so long after leading the company for nearly 37 years.

Now, the question that many have in mind is why she’s stepping down. This has to do with the fact that she would have more time to support the company’s global titles and events as she won’t be leading the firm as editor in chief.
