The London Clinic has reportedly launched a probe with claims that some of the medical staff made attempts to access the private medical records belonging to the Princess of Wales.
The news sent alarm bells ringing in the Palace they scrambled to make sure nothing was disclosed and that the matter was investigated immediately as a breach of privacy.
As reported by The Mirror today, the world-famous hospital rolled out the investigation on orders of the owners where the media outlet says her privacy was breached during her stay as a patient over there in January. This is when the Princess of Wales was undergoing surgery for her abdomen that the Palace claims was planned.
At least one individual from the hospital’s main staff was said to have been caught red-handed while trying to peek into Kate’s medical notes. And these waves are already sending shockwaves throughout the hospital which has been known for years to keep such private data discreet.
This is especially true as the hospital is known to cater to some of the biggest names in the world who have undergone their medical treatment here.
As of now, the investigation is still in full swing as many can only imagine what would happen if and when the data gets out in the open as it could be incredibly damaging to the reputation.
