The reports were confirmed in a new lawsuit that has left his family devastated. Heslin’s partner, Scotty Dynamo, mentioned in a new filing that staffers at Javier’s at the Aria Hotel allowed an avoidable tragedy through several failures to provide emergency care.

Dynamo shared in that specific lawsuit that the Lioness actor had exhibited obvious signs of a medical emergency, but that the restaurant staff didn’t do anything to assist and even forcefully interfered with a nearby diner who tried to perform CPR.

Heslin’s friends also claimed in the documents that the restaurant never retrieved an automated external defibrillator during the medical emergency, despite having one on their property. They also alleged being forcefully removed from the resort during this incident. Staffers from the restaurant are being accused of stopping other diners from helping Heslin, and his pals claimed they were threatened with arrest for trying to give aid, as per this lawsuit.
