Sophie Turner was pictured putting on a brave smile as she went for a walk with her daughter Willa in the Big Apple on Thursday.
The 27-year-old Game of Thrones star appeared content while strolling through the streets of New York City with her eldest daughter, 3.
For the occasion, the actress sported a casual black T-shirt, jogging pants, white sneakers, and a sweater tied around her waist. She completed her looks with a colorful handbag and a baseball hat.
During her outing, Turner was seen talking with her friend while holding Willa’s hand.
The sighting comes as Turner launched a lawsuit against Joe Jonas who filed for divorce earlier this month.
According to the actress, she wanted custody of her children so that she could move back to the UK as the pair allegedly planned.
In her court documents, she also accused Jonas of “abducting” their children by withholding their passports and blocking their return to the UK.
Jonas has since responded to the severe accusations saying his estranged wife was lying and abusing the legal system. The singer dismissed all abduction claims and said he was after shared parenting where he has a role in his children’s lives.
“Joe is seeking shared parenting with the kids so that they are raised by both their mother and father, and is of course also okay with the kids being raised both in the U.S. and the UK. The children were born in the U.S. and have spent the vast majority of their lives in the U.S. They are American citizens,” his reps said.
