The 37-year-old soccer superstar from Portugal and his partner then revealed that their son had died at birth on April 18 but his daughter managed to survive. This was particularly true with his three-month-old son being rushed to the hospital in July. And that is what caused him to return late into the season but the way they were so unforgiving toward him, despite knowing his condition really overwhelmed them.

Ronaldo says that the officials at the club had left him feeling so hurt and bad because he had explained the whole reasoning to them as to why he was late to go back. Yet, they chose to behave this way to one of their leading scorers in all matches.
