She claims that the worker smells really bad and it’s hard to ignore her. Moreover, the colleague is very obese and that means she sweats more than others.

The woman, who opted to remain anonymous, continued to speak about how it’s just tragic how the entire situation is unfolding because the colleague failed to see anything wrong. But this individual says she’s got a very strong sense of smell and she cannot simply ignore the awful body odor that’s coming.

Therefore, she’s now taking to the online platform of Mumsnet to have other people’s say on the matter and what they feel because she has reached her boiling point.

“I have a lot of other colleagues who are obese but nobody stinks as much as her”- the woman explained. She also went into detail about how it’s appalling that no one seems to find the issue but her. Let’s not forget the duo sit right next to one another and they cannot change desks, even if they want to.

The woman is asking netizens online if it’s alright that she complained to HR because that’s the only way that she sees out.

People asked her to speak to her first if it was bothering her this much. Another option would be to speak to others and see if they’re having a similar problem or not.

Going to the HR department directly and making a complaint might make her feel embarrassed and bad. Therefore, having a one-on-one conversation seems to be the best solution. What do you think?
