A woke crusader who is best known for sending out hundreds of offensive emails and threats was given a major slap on the wrist and complimented as highly intelligent by a civil judge.
This is despite the fact that she stormed into the courtroom late, shoving the person suing her in plain view of court officers and her own mother.
The hearing that took place on Wednesday started with a massive 90-minute wait for Anne Marie Bompart to appear in the latest hearing over a staggering $40 million defamation lawsuit that was filed by the pair of West Village lesbian bars.
It was yet unclear if she had planned on appearing at all, since her own lawyer claimed that she had not replied to his messages in weeks, as per the court filings. He was said to be seeking to get freed from being her counsel.
Judge James d’Auguste decided to start Wednesday’s court hearing without her and said that the purpose of the hearing was not to send her to prison.
