One man from Texas is putting out all of his efforts to find his lucky lady and that includes paying the price for an entire billboard to achieve just that.
The single Texas man named Jim Bays says he put up the mega billboard on a Texas highway to help advertise himself as he hopes to find a great woman.
Despite being divorced twice and having five children in total, this man isn’t planning on giving up, anytime soon.
After moving his business to the Lone Star State in the month of June, he plans on making his fresh start and that includes the hopes of meeting someone new.
The giant billboard read ‘Wanted’: A Good Woman. But that’s not all. It also features a set of distinguishing characteristics that he hopes he can find in his new woman.
This includes the age factor of 5o to 55, followed by mutual acts of kindness. For those who fit the criteria mentioned, the contact details of the eligible bachelor can also be found in the form of his phone number at the bottom.
Ever since the billboard was placed, Bays has reportedly gone on four to five dates and has even received several dozen voicemails too. And that clearly shows that his marketing tactics have done him some good.
The 65-year-old who works as a contractor and fitness junkie says he has been unlucky in the department of love and he’s still curious as to why. This is his last resort of meeting his match, which he hopes will prove to be fruitful in the end.
“I’ve met quite a few people through dating applications but never had the luck as it never presented anyone’s authentic personality. I also find it hard to coordinate dates with my busy schedule too,” he explained.
Whether or not this works out, only time can tell.
