The Duchess of Sussex has just described a video of herself twerking while expecting her little Princess Lilibet as authentic.

The 43-year-old Duchess faced mega backlash after sharing the 80-second video on her social media during the month’s start to celebrate her daughter’s fourth birthday.

She shared how she took part in the dance move, which entails hip thrusting while seated in a squat position to induce birth for her daughter, who happens to be seventh in line to the British Throne.

The video managed to attract major criticism online as many people shared how it was just so inappropriate and needed to be kept private behind closed doors.

It also goes against the claims that she and her husband Harry have been making since day one regarding their need for serious privacy.

Addressing the controversial video for the first time, Meghan shared how she was super thankful that she was able to share her authentic life with the world. She also mentioned that the video was from four years back and she’s so grateful to have taken part in the Momma Dance, urging others to take a look if they have not already done so.
