Kimora Lee Simmons is finally breaking her silence after addressing the attention surrounding her daughter Aoki Lee Simmons’ brief romance with a much older man.

The news comes after shocking images resurfaced of the then 21-year-old model kissing her 65-year-old restaurateur lover, Vittorio Assaf, during a vacation in St. Barths.

The duo was pictured together in April of 2024, and those images including Aoki smooching with Assaf on the beach, are sparking serious criticism on social media and causing a social debate regarding the huge age gap.

In the upcoming episode of Not Skinny But Not Fat, Kimora opened up about her reaction to this situation. She described it as predatory and appalling when she first learned about it from the press instead of directly from Aoki.

She mentioned how she tries to let her kids make their own choices and learn from various experiences, but also acknowledged that watching it unfold publicly was a major challenge. Kimora also noted that she knew Assaf socially before the whole scenario.

But that was not in the context of her daughter dating him.
