Sean Diddy Combs’s attorney emotionally addressed the court as she defended her client’s character during his sentencing hearing.
Nicole Westmoreland who is a member of the Combs’ legal team, cried while speaking about the Bad Boy Records founder, portraying him as a beacon of hope in the Black Community.
‘He spent so many of his years in the music industry, helping, teaching’- he continued. Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, and his sentencing now lies in the hands of Judge Arun Subramanian.
Prosecutors asked Subramanian to sentence Combs to 11 years in jail for his convictions linked to pr*stitution while the music mogul’s attorneys asked for no more than 14 months in jail. The rapper has been in jail since his arrest in September 2024.
