Shocking and disturbing bodycam footage showed an Amish mother by the name of Ruth Miller telling the cops she gave her son, who was only four years old.
She did this by drowning him, adding how it was a necessary duty for her to hand him over to God. ‘The end is close’- she can be seen stating in a chilling tone after drowning him inside a lake in Ohio.
Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 911 call on August 23 at the Atwood Lake campgrounds regarding a golf cart that had been driven into the water with a woman and three kids.
Body cam footage attained by Court TV showed Miller at the scene getting escorted by her two sons towards a parking lot, where she tells two deputies that she’s not crazy for throwing her son into the lake.
She kept on stating that he’s so sweet and that she really loved him so much, but she had to give him to God. ‘I know when people will find out they will think I am crazy, but this is the reality,’- she added.
She then frantically tells one of the deputies, while putting her hand on his arm, that she doubted her religion on several occasions, but it’s her responsibility to spread the news that he is coming very soon.
