A woman has left the internet divided with her shocking claims.
She says that her husband ended up surprising her with a necklace. And while she wasn’t a huge fan of jewelry, to begin with, it’s the price tag that came along with it that really ticked her off.
She says that her husband really tried hard to spend less on a day that meant the most to her and that was her birthday. For her, gifts carry financial significance, and right now, she’s in a state of shock at how much it really cost.
Putting her story up for the world to read, it’s not shocking that so many people were appalled at the thoughts that were going through the wife’s head. She really put money over her husband’s sentiments and it’s just appalling to see that.
While diamonds may not be every girl’s best friend, this woman certainly loves expensive gifts and she’s having a hard time seeing the ‘cheap’ present that her husband has picked for her.
The occasion was her 30th birthday and this woman really had people in awe at how rude and insensitive she could be. It was clear that she was a gold digger and they didn’t support her one bit. In fact, they kept on telling her that she was in the wrong.
She called the effort made by her partner ridiculous and non-serious. And she hoped he would perhaps buy her something that was valued more in terms of price because was just not going to do justice.
You can only imagine how that made her lover feel. He was devastated because this necklace was something of his choice and he bought it with great care and thought.
The present came with a joke card and you can only imagine how she felt about that. She didn’t see any humor but only the cost of the gift and that was enough to leave her upset.
